GrantFit Desk

Most grant listings aren't a fit.
We prove which ones are.

GrantFit Desk does the screening work for independent grant writers: short pursue-or-skip briefs on current opportunities, with eligibility, deadlines, match requirements and exclusions, every point linked to the source.

Four-week pilot $199 flatUp to 10 screened briefs a week for four weeks (40 total). One cause and geography.

How it works

1

Tell us the cause and geography

One niche per desk, so the screening actually learns your clients' shape.

2

We track and screen

Public opportunity listings checked regularly and checked against your criteria: geography, eligibility, match, deadlines, exclusions.

3

You get a verdict, not a list

Short briefs that say pursue, watch or skip, and exactly why, with the source link behind every call.

What we will not do

Expect most briefs to say skip. That is the product. We do not write applications, do not promise awards, and never take a percentage of one. Application decisions stay with you and your clients, where they belong.

What you can expect

A real look at the work before you send anything.

Pursue, watch or skip, with the reason

Example client: a fictional Dallas-area nonprofit with two staff and a volunteer meal program for adults 60+.

Evaluating Innovative Community Based Nutrition Models that Improve Health Outcomes for Older Adults in Senior Nutrition Programs
HHS-2027-ACL-AOA-INNU-0014 · forecast · est. due Apr 30, 2027
WatchNonprofits are eligible and the nutrition topic fits, but it is an evaluation and innovation call, not routine meal support. Open items: program relationship, evaluation partner, match amount, and the full notice when it is posted.
Telehealth Nutrition Services Network Grant Program
HRSA-27-044 · forecast · est. due May 1, 2027
SkipNonprofits are listed, but the purpose is a telehealth network for nutrition and chronic disease services. The example client has no clinical network.
National Center on Elder Abuse Resource Center
HHS-2027-ACL-AOA-ABRC-0012 · forecast · est. due May 17, 2027
HoldThe listing contradicts itself on who can apply. We do not guess: it needs the full notice or an answer from the agency. Also a national center, outside the client's scope.

In the full sample set, 1 of 10 current federal listings is a watch, 8 are skips and 1 is on hold. None is an apply-now. All ten are forecasts, not open applications, and every date can move. Each call links to the official listing. No foundation or local grants are covered in this sample, and nothing was submitted or sent to any agency.
